Shane Bekian is a commercial litigator focused on contract and employment disputes. He represents international and domestic clients in California litigation across a variety of industries.

Before joining Masuda Funai, Shane was an attorney at a respected firm specializing in employment and medical malpractice litigation. During law school, he was a certified law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as an advocate at his law school’s immigration clinic where he processed visa applications for foster care children and victims of domestic violence.
