Karl also works closely with global corporations on mergers and acquisitions, advising his clients on domestic and international acquisitions and negotiating financial and corporate transactions.
Before joining Masuda Funai, Karl was Senior Counsel for a large international law firm. His practice included representing lenders, borrowers, and investment banking firms in secured and unsecured transactions and serving as general corporate counsel for health systems nationwide.
