Joshua Wilson is an associate in the Commercial, Competition & Trade and Corporate, Finance & Acquisitions practice groups. In his commercial practice, he drafts and reviews distribution agreements, terms and conditions of sale, and non-disclosure agreements. As a member of the corporate group, Joshua assists with corporate matters and transactions, including conducting due diligence.

Joshua was a Summer Associate at the firm in 2022 and, during law school, he served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review. He also gained experience as a legal intern, focusing on international government relations and corporate matters, which involved legal research, cross-border data transfer reports, and contract analysis.
