On October 28, 2021, Jennifer R.M.C. Watson, Principal, and Riebana E. Sachs, Associate, in Masuda Funai’s Corporate, Finance and Acquisitions Practice Group, co-presented on Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures at the German American Chambers of Commerce® of the Midwest (GACC Midwest) US Market Entry Bootcamp. The virtual workshop was held from October 25 to October 28, 2021 and was geared to equip German-based companies with the tools they need for a successful entry into the US market. There were numerous topics covered, such as mastering the US tax system, product liability and insurance coverage in the US, logistics, labor laws, marketing, sales structures, business culture and communication, and other pertinent topics.
