Masuda Funai is seeking an Illinois-licensed employment attorney with excellent academic credentials and 7 to 10 years of employment counseling and litigation experience on the management side.

Specific experience should include general employment advice, negotiating and drafting executive employment and noncompetition agreements and employment policies, training managers on anti-harassment policies, and conducting internal investigations. In addition, you should have litigation experience handling employment disputes, including defending employment discrimination claims, wage and hour, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge matters, and representing employers before administrative agencies (the EEOC, IDHR and other state employment agencies).

You must possess business acumen, proven client management and business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
