CHICAGO - Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell, Ltd. is representing ECHO, Inc. in the 49,835 square-foot expansion of its world headquarters in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The headquarters are situated on 35 acres, and together with existing buildings, house 578,000 square-feet of corporate offices, manufacturing and distribution operations. ECHO is a subsidiary of Yamabiko Corporation of Japan, and is a developer and manufacturer of professional-grade, outdoor power equipment for both commercial and homeowner markets.
ECHO, Inc. is represented by Masuda Funai Principal, Keith Groebe, who has extensive experience representing foreign and domestic companies in commercial real estate transactions.
"This is a special project for us as we guided ECHO on its original land purchase and initial 80,000 square-feet facility construction in 1983, and on all of its subsequent expansions," Groebe said.
