Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd represented Taiki U.S.A., Inc. in the negotiation of an approximately 61,000 square foot lease for its new facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The new facility will be used by Taiki U.S.A. for office, warehouse, and logistics operations in connection with its business as a global supplier of components for the automotive lighting industry.
