Satoshi Murahata is an integral member of the firm’s Client Services team, assisting clients and prospective clients with inquiries, and facilitating effective communications between our attorneys and clients. He participates in conference calls and meetings providing interpretation and translation services for our Japanese clients, oftentimes bridging the language and cultural differences. Born and raised in Japan, Satoshi is fully bilingual in English and Japanese, and he brings a wealth of customer service and multicultural experience to the firm.

In addition to ensuring client satisfaction, Satoshi assists with various marketing initiatives and events, and he is involved in organizations such as the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Chicago and the Japan America Society of Chicago.
Before joining Masuda Funai, Satoshi was a sales representative for a recruitment agency in Chicago, where he assisted Japanese companies in expanding their staff throughout the United States. In his role, he was responsible for developing new business, as well as client and project management.
