Samantha Sodetz is an immigration paralegal with experience supporting attorneys and clients with complex immigration processes. She assists with the preparation and filing of a wide range of immigration petitions and applications, including E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, and other nonimmigrant visas, as well as immigrant visa petitions and Adjustment of Status filings.

Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked for several large education institutions as an immigration specialist and international student advisor. She has a B.A. in Linguistics and International Studies, with a Japanese focus, from the University of Florida.
