May Padigos is a paralegal in the firm’s Immigration Practice Group supporting attorneys and clients on a range of immigration matters. With a strong foundation in immigration law, she is committed to a client-centered approach in all aspects of her work.

May provides paralegal support for immigrant and nonimmigrant visa filings, including H-1B petitions, I-140 immigrant petitions, LCAs, Employment- and Family-based Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications. She plays a key role in coordinating with clients and attorneys to manage case preparation, draft supporting documentation, and track filing deadlines.

May holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Prior to joining the firm, she was an immigration paralegal for several law firms, where she gained experience handling nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.
