Jenna Nee is a business litigator representing national and international clients from a broad range of industries. She represents clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through pleadings, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal. In addition to protecting her clients’ rights in state and federal courts, Jenna works closely with clients in a business advisory capacity, for the purposes of identifying, assessing and managing legal risk. Prior to joining Masuda Funai, Jenna was a litigation associate at several insurance defense firms. Her passion for litigation began in law school during which she was awarded Second-Place at the Trials & Tribulations National Trial Competition in 2024. Jenna also participated in the Buffalo Niagara Trial Competition in the Fall of 2023 and the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge in the Spring of 2023.
