Christen McGlynn is a business litigator with experience in complex civil and commercial litigation, including the defense of professional, products and general liability matters. She handles every aspect of the litigation process from drafting motions and pleadings, to conducting e-discovery, taking depositions, and representing clients in hearings in both state and federal court. Christen is valued for her strong work ethic and her ability to assist firm principals in identifying, assessing and managing legal issues and risks associated with complex claims throughout the dispute resolution process.
