Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. welcomes Takayuki Nakata as a Visiting Foreign Attorney in its Los Angeles office. Mr. Nakata comes to Masuda Funai from the law firm of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu based in Tokyo, Japan, where he is a licensed Japanese attorney. Mr. Nakata further strengthens Masuda Funai's Japanese services team. He brings to the Firm solid legal expertise in mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, and domestic and international general corporate matters.
Mr. Takayuki obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tokyo and his LL.M. from UCLA School of Law, where he was placed in the top 10% of his class. His deep understanding of Japanese law and business enhances the firm's ability to counsel its many Japanese clients in the United States.
