Daisuke comes to Masuda Funai from the law firm of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune in Tokyo, Japan. He has extensive experience in litigation and M&A projects, particularly in takeovers, cross-border transactions, and investments in startups.
Daisuke received an LL.M. from Chuo University and brings a wealth of knowledge to Masuda Funai in his role as part of the firm's Japanese Services Team. Proficient in both Japanese and English, he specializes in M&A and trade transaction practices and regulations, contributing to his global perspective and versatile legal skills. Daisuke has been recognized in The Best Lawyers of Japan: Ones to Watch in Corporate and M&A in both 2023 and 2024.
