Michael and David are members of the Firm’s growing Litigation and Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Groups, which continue to expand to meet the evolving needs of the Firm’s clients.

Michael S. Golenson
Michael Golenson is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on patent litigation in federal courts and at the United States International Trade Commission. He is experienced in all phases of the litigation process from pre-trial investigations and counseling through trial and appeal. Michael also routinely counsels clients regarding various intellectual property issues and strategies, drafts license agreements, and advises clients on intellectual property-related aspects of M&A transactions. Michael has successfully represented clients in matters with values ranging from millions to half-a-billion dollars at stake.
David J. Stein
David Stein is a business and employment litigator with experience representing clients across a wide variety of industries. His practice includes pre-litigation counseling through trial, in state and federal courts, and in arbitration. Some of David’s recent successes include obtaining a preliminary injunction to protect client trade secrets from dissemination, a trial victory in a shareholder dispute concerning allegations of dilution in a client’s equity stake in the business, and obtaining complete dismissal of commercial arbitration claims alleging breach of contract and fraud in excess of $10 million. David is listed as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and a Leading Lawyers “Emerging Lawyer.”
