On February 6, 2019, Lisa Dreishmire, Senior Associate in Masuda Funai’s Employment Group, spoke at the North Suburban Cook County American Job Center Business Employer Workshop. Attendees learned about employment documentation and how it should mirror the employee's job performance and reflect feedback given throughout the year. The event was geared towards human resource and compliance professionals, department managers and/or business owners. The Northern Suburban Cook County American Job Center provides resources, tools and connections for job seekers and businesses.
