Frank J. Del Barto and Reinhold F. Krammer, Principals of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell Ltd., have been formally admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan. The admission ceremony was held remotely (due to COVID-19 restrictions) on Thursday, December 10, 2020, and conducted by his Honorable Judge Denenfeld, Circuit Judge of the 17th Circuit Court for the State of Michigan. Mr. Del Barto and Mr. Krammer's memberships in the State Bar of Michigan are effective immediately.
Mr. Del Barto is Chair of the firm's Employment, Labor & Benefits group. He regularly counsels executives and HR managers on the full range of employment, health and welfare plan, and retirement plan matters. He is also admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Mr. Krammer is Austrian Honorary Consul for Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin, and advises international-based companies, their U.S. subsidiaries, foreign governmental trade representatives and offices, and domestic entities. He is also admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas.
