On Friday, October 9, 2020, Bob White, Principal of Masuda Funai’s Immigration Practice Group, presented with two other experts during the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) 2020 Virtual Midwest Regional Conference on the topic of “Top DOL Issues in 2020.” The session provided insights regarding issues and trends in DOL practice, including the FLAG system, BALCA, PERM and audits. The full day conference covered hot topics in immigration law, including litigation, employment-based immigration issues, naturalization, and more.
