Mina obtained her LL.M. degree and Law and Technology Certificate from the University of California, Berkley, School of Law. She has a career as an in-house lawyer and, as a Visiting Foreign Attorney in our Los Angeles office, she joins our Japanese services team in that market, assisting with corporate governance and cross-border transactions, as well as intellectual property and technology matters, a practice area in which she has prior experience.
Since she is currently studying abroad, she has voluntarily de-registered from the Bar Association until she returns to Japan.
