On July 28, 2017, David J. Stein, of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell Ltd., was admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of New York. The Admission Ceremony was held at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York and David was admitted along with 83 other attorneys to the New York State Bar. David looks forward to expanding his complex commercial and employment litigation and employment counseling practice to assist the Firm's clients with their needs in the State of New York. David joins Masuda Funai's growing ranks of attorneys admitted to practice law in New York, including Benjamin F. Gould, who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and Asa W. Markel, who focuses his practice on litigation, customs and export issues.
