Masuda Funai Promotes David J. Alexander and Benjamin F. Gould

The Board of Directors of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. is pleased to announce the promotions of David J. Alexander and Benjamin F. Gould to Income Principal.
Based in the Firm's Chicago office, David J. Alexander is a member of the Real Estate practice group, specializing in complex real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, and residences throughout the Midwest. He joined Masuda Funai in 2008, after serving as in-house counsel for a Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Alexander is a 2005 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law and also holds a B.A. in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.
Benjamin F. Gould joined Masuda Funai's Chicago office in 2010 as a member of the Business practice group. He represents clients and financial institutions in mergers, acquisitions and a wide range of financing matters. Prior to his work at Masuda Funai, Mr. Gould practiced corporate and finance law for several large Chicago law firms. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2002 and attended the University of Kansas as an undergraduate, where he received a B.S. in business administration.
