Masuda Funai Promotes Yamamoto to Income Principal

Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. is pleased to announce the promotion of Shinya Yamamoto to Income Principal.
 
Based in the firm's Chicago office, Mr. Yamamoto focuses his practice on real estate law, representing clients in commercial, industrial and residential real estate, and he has specific expertise in eminent domain/condemnation law.
 
Originally from Japan, Mr. Yamamoto is a fluent Japanese speaker. In addition to presenting at numerous seminars, including the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Investment Seminar in Tokyo, Japan and the State of Illinois Investment Seminar in Nagoya and Osaka, Japan, Mr. Yamamoto serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Futabakai Japanese School as the legal advisor to the Board.

He is admitted to practice in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Yamamoto received his J.D. in 1997 from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1993.
