Kevin Borozan has extensive experience in all phases of employment litigation and providing sophisticated counseling on a full spectrum of labor and employment issues. He routinely defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation filed with the EEOC and various state fair employment practices agencies, and he handles a wide range of employment litigation matters involving wage and hour violations, trade secret misappropriation, non-competition agreements, and deceptive trade practices under state and federal law. Kevin’s employment litigation experience is complimented by his expertise  in providing day-to-day advice and counseling to employers on a myriad of employment-related issues and workplace relations matters, including discipline and terminations, reductions-in-force, restrictive covenants, wage and hour concerns, worker classification and employee exemption issues, HR best practices, and compliance with applicable federal and state statutes, such as ADA, ADEA, BIPA, FMLA, FLSA, and Title VII.
